    Remove the dustproof film

    Your Luminex Glow mask and collar come with a protective dustproof film. Carefully peel this off to reveal your brand-new LED mask and collar.

    Install the Eye Protectors

    Safety first! Your mask comes with eye protectors to ensure your eyes are shielded during your treatment. Make sure to insert these in the eye spaces before you put on your mask.

    Install the Straps

    Your mask and collar come with comfortable straps for a secure fit. Attach the straps to the mask and collar, ensuring they are adjusted to a comfortable fit that allows them to sit snugly against your skin.

    Connect the Devices

    Connect the power cord to your mask and the controller. The controller is where you’ll be able to adjust settings and customise your skincare experience.

    Charge

    Before your first use, ensure your mask is fully charged for optimal performance. Plug it into a power source and let it charge for at least 4-5 hours. This initial longer charge will help set up your mask’s battery for future use.

    Place the mask over your face, ensuring a snug fit. Adjust the straps for comfort, allowing you to relax during your LED therapy session.

    Power On

    Locate the power button and press to activate your Luminex Glow Mask & Collar. They will both begin emitting the therapeutic LED light.

    Choose Your Treatment

    Select your desired LED color mode based on your skincare goals. Choose from red, blue, yellow, and infrared, and then select your time and intensity for a tailored treatment experience.

    Enjoy Your Session

Controller

ON/ OFF BUTTON

Push and hold for 1 -2s to turn on and off. 

ADJUST INTENSITY LEVEL

Press to change between the different light intensity levels.

INCREASE TIME

Increase the session time. (10m/15m/25m/30m)

DECREASE TIME

Decrease the session time. (10m/15m/25m/30m)

SWITCH BETWEEN LIGHT COLOURS

Press to change the light frequency from Red, Blue, or Yellow. 

INFRARED LIGHT

Use this to turn the Near Infrared light on and off. This can be used with any other colour.

We aim for you to derive maximum benefit from your experience with the Luminex Glow Mask & Collar. To assist you in achieving the best results, we've compiled the following usage recommendations.

  • Aim for between 3-4 sessions per week.
  • Start on a low energy level and gradually increase over weeks
  • Begin with 10 mins and work up to around 15-25 mins per session.
  • For your first use, start with a 1-minute trial to check for adverse reactions.
  • Discontinue use immediately if any adverse reactions occur.

    • Wipe the collar with a clean, damp cloth after each use to remove any skincare products or sweat.
    • Avoid submerging the collar in water. If necessary, spot clean with a damp cloth.

    Storage

    • Store the mask and collar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    • Use the provided storage bag or box to protect the mask and collar from dust and scratches.

    Charging

    • Charge the mask and collar using the provided charging cable.
    • Ensure the charging ports are dry before connecting the cable.
    • Do not overcharge; unplug the device once fully charged.

    Handling and Adjusting

    • Handle the mask and collar with clean hands to avoid transferring oils or debris.
    • Adjust the straps and fit carefully to prevent undue stress on the materials.

    Avoid Moisture Exposure

    • Keep the mask and collar dry. Avoid using them on wet skin or in humid environments.
    • If moisture does come into contact, gently pat them dry with a clean cloth.
