Returns & Refunds

1. Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luminex Glow. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 60 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 1300 900 387 to obtain a Return Number. Clearly indicate the Return Number on the package when returning the item.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. 8. Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
